The Children’s Organ Transplant Association can provide your transplant support group with a speaker who can address financial issues related to the transplant process. Our speakers can address these key issues:
- What transplant expenses will be my responsibility?
- Is fundraising an option for me?
- Will funds raised affect my assistance program and will they be taxable?
- How do I start fundraising?
- What are some key issues I should be aware of before I start fundraising?
- Who can I contact for assistance?
If you are interested in scheduling a speaker for your support group meeting, complete the form below. Please provide information about the regular dates of your support group, the number of people that typically attend and the date(s) you are interested in having a speaker attend your meeting.
