If you would like to make a gift to directly assist Children's Organ Transplant Association (COTA) patients, search for a COTA patient family here. 100% of these contributions are used to benefit patients with transplant-related expenses, and COTA allocates funds raised in honor of patients who have a documented financial need.

If you wish to make a gift to assist the Children's Organ Transplant Association to meet the most immediate need, click here. These gifts are used for organ and tissue donor awareness programs, emergency needs, and COTA operations.
