Give
Thank you for your interest in the Children’s Organ Transplant Association’s (COTA) Planned Giving program – the McConnell Society. COTA has an increasing number of patients (children and young adults who are waiting for, or have received, a second chance at life) who are benefitting from bequests, life income gifts, charitable trusts and other planned giving vehicles.
Planning for and making a gift that has the greatest meaning to COTA, and the maximum financial benefit to you, requires careful research and good organization. The best plans are created by deciding what your philanthropic and financial goals are, and then working directly with COTA to accomplish those goals.
Careful gift planning creates opportunities for you and for COTA. Determining what gift is right for you is just as important as making the gift. COTA offers many options from which to choose. Please take a moment to learn more about giving strategies that allow you to make a charitable gift to assist transplant patients while at the same time you create a lasting legacy and enhancing your future financial well being.

Giving Hope:
“COTA provided hope when we felt like all hope was lost. When we received the devastating news our insurance might not cover Bryce’s transplant expenses, COTA was there to pick us up and to reassure us we would get the money needed to save Bryce’s life.”
