Wristbands

The Children’s Organ Transplant Association is offering wristbands that can be sold with proceeds to benefit COTA families.

COTA Miracle Maker wristbands are flexible plastic in a bright blue.  The purchase price is $1 each and the recommended sale price is $2 to $3.

Wristband Payment Information

Wristbands can be purchased with a check, money order or credit card.  Proceeds from wristband sales must be sent to the Children’s Organ Transplant Association.

Ordering is Easy!

• All orders must be submitted in writing.
• Orders may be placed using the online order form, via fax to 812.336.8885 or sent to COTA headquarters in Bloomington, Indiana.
• Payment must accompany all orders. 
• All orders must be for a minimum of 50 wristbands.
• Wristbands are not returnable.  Please order accordingly.
• Orders are typically received within seven business days after submission.  If this time frame is not acceptable, please let us know. We’ll try to accommodate you.
