The Children’s Organ Transplant Association (COTA) helps children and young adults who need or have had a life-saving transplant by providing fundraising assistance and family support. COTA has been Giving Hope and Making Miracles since 1986. Since that time, COTA has become the premier organization providing fundraising assistance to families facing a life-saving transplant. COTA is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization.
